The annual Greenwood Open Triples tournament was contested at the weekend by 20 teams.

The finalists were Sam's Angels (Sam Salmon, Margaret Hare and Mick Thrush) from Letchworth and Driftwood (Val and Barry Thorogood with Sue Darvell) of Greenwood Park.  After 7 ends scores were tied at 5-5 and the Letchworth trio triumphed in the extra end.

A lot of fun was had by all participants and a total of £256 was raised for the Royal British Legion GP Appeal.  A big thank you goes to all who supported the event.

And you can do it all over again next year when the Greenwood Open Triples will be held on 23 February.
