Letchworth 1 kept up the pressure on Greenwood A with another narrow win; 17-16 against Harpenden A.  Letchworth 1 started strongly, leading 8-2 after 5 ends but Harpenden A responded with a 4 and a 3.  This pattern was continued throughout the game with the lead changing hands five times and the scores were tied going into the last end.

Northiam East and Letchworth 2 both won and are locked together at the top of Division 2.  Northiam East overcame club mates Northiam South 18-7 while Letchworth 2 defeated Harpenden C 20-7.

Next week, Greenwood A can secure the Barnet League Championship with a game against Greenwood B.  St Margaret's 1 need to beat Harpenden B to avoid relegation.  Division 2 leaders Northiam East face Northiam West.

Last week's postponed games are rescheduled for 4 April.
