In Division 1 St Margaret's 1 and Northiam East were involved in a thriller.  The scene was set by the first 2 ends.  Three shots to St Margaret's on end 1.  The Northiam trio immediately responded with a 3 of their own.  Both sides led for short periods but they were locked together again at 9-9 after 10 ends.  St Margaret's scored a 3 and a single only to lose a 4 on the 13th end.  13-13.  St Margaret's took a single from the penultimate end but the Northiam team won with a final end 2 to finish 15-14.  The other Division 1 game wHas not quite so close.  Letchworth Dragons were 20-0 ahead before Harpenden Nightjars got on the scoreboard.  The game finished 27-5 in Letchworth's favour.

In Division 2 Cuffley Gin bounced back from their opening day loss with an emphatic 32-3 win over Northiam West.  In the other game Harpenden Owls were always in the lead, being 5-0 up after 3 ends.  The St Margaret's three got within a single shot at 6-7 and 8-9 but the points went to Harpenden Owls with a 14-10 score line.
