The Hertfordshire County Triples Championship was won by Pauline Taylor, Brian McGivern and Darren Stanford.

With 12 triples competing, the initial competition format was three groups of four teams.  The winners of each group and the 2nd placed team with the best record progressed to the semi-final stage.  The draw for the semi-finals matched Pauline, Brian and Darren with the triple of Keith Darvell, Barry Thorogood and Robin Quarterman who had beaten them in the last group match and qualified as best group runner up.

The runners up in the competition were Val Thorogood, Audrey Fowler and Brian Fowler.

The third/fourth place playoff was won by Jeanette Gayler, Peter Griffiths and Tony Gayler who will compete at the National Finals in April alongside the two finalists.
