Hertfordshire, for the first time, had four representatives in the National Fours Finals.  Among them were a number of debutants.  Hertfordshire 1 managed to notch a win in their first game but were unable to capitalise and lost their two remaining qualifiers.  The other three teams suffered at the hands of very strong opposition.
