The opening game of the ICC qualifying campaign resulted in a home win for Buckinghamshire over Northamptonshire 25-15.

Buckinghamshire had a clean sweep in the singles discipline taking all 10 points on offer.  Their triples players scored 5 points plus 2 bonus points.  In the pairs and fours the game points were shared but in both cases Northamptonshire did enough to take the bonus points.

Hertfordshire's opening game will be away to Buckinghamshire on Sunday 24th September.
