The Annual General Meeting of the Hertfordshire Short Mat Bowling Association will be held on Saturday 21 April from 10 am at Elm Court Community Centre, Mutton Lane, Potters Bar.

If you wish to nominate anyone for a position on the committee you can get a nomination form from Margaret Regan if you haven't already received one.  Nomination forms should be submitted by 21 March.

If you have any proposals or questions to raise at the AGM please put them in writing by email or post to Margaret Regan at Valley View, Latimer Road, New Barnet, Herts EN5 5NX.  In order to be included in the agenda these need to be received by 21 March.  Items after that date can be included in the general discussion.

After the AGM there will be a fun bowls match followed by the annual prize giving.

All members of the county association and affiliated clubs are welcome to attend and it is hoped that as many as possible will do so.
