Greenwood Park had a successful  evening with both their teams having convincing wins in Division 1 of the Barnet League. Greenwood Goshawks were runaway winners against St Margaret's 1. Taking a 15 - 0 lead after only 8 ends, they went on to win by 26 shots to 5. In the other Division 1 match Greenwood Hawks fought back from 9 - 3 down against Northiam East  to win the match  19 - 11.

In Divison 2, Cuffley Tonic took an early 6 - 1 lead against Harpenden Owls, but the Owls recovered over the next 3 ends to take the lead 7 - 6. However with two 5s in the second half of the match, Cuffley ended up comfortable winners by 22 shots to 12. The other Division 2 match between Shillington Black and St Margaret's 2 was much more close. Shillington Black went 4-1 up early on but  St Margaret's  turned the tables 9 - 4 after 9 ends. Although Shillington levelled the scores 9 all at end 12, St Margaret's had the better of the final three ends to win by 12 shots to 10.
