Both Jill Oakes ad Pauline Taylor represented Hertfordshire at the England Ladies Team Trials on Saturday 30th April at Tamworth IBC. 

The organisation on the day left a bit to be desired, late starting, player who had said they would be attending never showed up and a lack of facilities put on by the bowls club. Apart from that the Ladies were split into teams to play various disciplines. The bowling was of an exceptional high standard throughout the day.

The good news is that both Jill and Pauline have been selected to play for the England Ladies Team at Stoneyhills IBC on Sunday 15th May. Well done to both of them.
