Two postponed Division One matches were played  at Hatfield last night to complete the Hertfordshire County League competition. Northiam East continued their good run by beating St Margaret's 1 by 15 shots to 11. Although St Margaret's took the early lead Northiam fought back and set up their win with a four on end 11. This win took them to third place ahead of  Letchworth Lions but behind second place Letchworth Dragons  on shot difference only, with all 3 teams finishing with 14 points apiece and 4 points behind the winners, Greenwood Goshawks! The match between Greenwood Hawks and Harpenden Nightjars decided the final two places in the 1st Division. The Nightjars started well taking a four on the first end and continued to outplay the Hawks for the rest of the game winning comfortably 20 - 9. This win takes Nightjars above Hawks who finished in bottom place. Unfortunately both teams will be relegated to Division 2 for next season.
