This week we were scheduled to have the last remaining five games played at Hatfield. Unfortunately two teams were unable to play and conceded their games, so Potters Bar Kestrels and Greenwood Hawks ended the last week with a score of 15 – 0 without having to play. The other three games however did get played to bring another year of the Barnet League to its conclusion.

Our 2025/26 season comes to an end.
Congratulations go to the Division one winners Greenwood Hawks who only lost one game all season, and who did they lose that to I hear you ask. It was to our Division two winners Shillington Red. Greenwood Hawks club mates Greenwood Peckers take that second spot in the first division.
Congratulations also go to Shillington Red our division two winners, the only team to get a win against Greenwood Hawks. Fairfield Falcons take the second spot in division two with the win this week against our division winners Shillington Red.
The end of one competition sees the beginning of another. Next week Hatfield will be buzzing with the first round of the Gayler cup. The first round will have the first six teams battling it out for a place in the quarter finals the following week. The format of the Gayler cup sees each pair play two consecutive seven end games followed by a one end shoot out in the event of a tie.
Come back next week to see which three teams progress to those quarter finals in this straight knockout competition.
Best Wishes from the Webmaster.👀
