Jill Oakes, Pauline Taylor, Brian McGivern and Darren Stanford qualified for the knockout stage of the National Fours.  They missed out on top slot in their qualifying group by just 1 shot.  Finishing runners up meant they faced Cheshire 1, one of the top fours in the country. The Hertfordshire quartet gave the favourites a fright, losing by only 2 shots.

The other Hertfordshire fours didn't fare as well.
