In Division 1, Greenwood Peckers continued their perfect start to the new season with a narrow single-shot victory over St Margaret's 1. Dark horses, Northiam East, who finished at a canter last season, started their season with a comfortable 14 - 8 win over Cuffley Tonic.

Shillington Black continued their winning ways in Division 2 with a clear victory over Club-mates Shillington White by 16 shots to 7. Newcomers Letchworth Tigers opened their season with a narrow win, by 15 shots to 13, against Greenwood Hawks.
